                   VYAPAR MANDAL JHANDEWAL ROAD IS THE OLDEST ASSOCIATION OF TRADERS DOING THERE BUSSINESES AT JHANDEWALAN ROAD NABIKARIM  NEW DELH I  (INDIA). VYAPAR MANDAL WAS FORMED FOR THE WELFARE OF MEMBER FERATERNITY. THE EXECUTIVE BODY OF THE ASSOCIATION HAS CORDIAL RELATIONS WITH THE LOCAL POLITICAL LEADERS AS WELL AS WITH LOCAL GOVT. OFFICIALS. EVERY FESTIVAL IS CELEBRATED WITH ZEST AND ZEAL.


 About Us

It is universal truth that community and society play a vital role in the all round development of a nation. A developed and progressive community is the basic ingredient for growth of the country.with a view to strengthen the social network of the community both in India and abroad, VMJR has come up with this unique web portal. Its main objectives are as under:

                                                ROAD, NABI KARIM, NEW DELHI-55
 
 Purposes for which association was made:-
 
 
a)     Solving various problems like security, etc. with the help of various government departments, of the members   of this association.
 
 
b)    To improve the business status of the members of this association.
 
 
c)     To give the financial help to the person in need or suffering from any disease, old age, unemployment.
 
 
d)    To solve the conflicts between the members of association if any.
 
 
e)     To arrange for the space where all the executive members can sit, discuss and take a decision for the betterment of the members of this association.
 
 
f)      To make the member aware of the government laws, planning and notification from time to time.
 
 
g)     To encourage the feeling of brotherhood and unity among the members of this association.
 
 
h)     To represent all the members in various government departments (state or central) for their benefit and to file their appeals if any.
 
 
i)       To communicate, arrange for seminars and meeting with all the government departments time to time so that, economical and the social status of the members can be improve.
 
 
j)       All the incomes and all kinds of assets (moveable and immoveable) should be used only for the benefit of the association and not for the personal use of the old and existing member of this association. No member is directly or indirectly authorized to transfer the assets (moveable and immoveable) of the association for the personal benefits.
 
 
 
 
 
 
                                                            Rules and Regulations
 
1) Membership:
All those who are in the society of the vyapar mandal jhandewaln road can be the member of this association. Moreover any person who shares his interest in the working of this association or agrees to the purpose of this association, and is ready to work for the society can be the member of this association. Further any educated and sound mind person willing to became the member, should be made a member.
 
2) Subscription:
Entry fees is Rs. 500/- per member and Rs. 500/- is the annual fees per member of this association.
 
3) Disqualification of membership:
Any member’s membership can be disqualified because of the following reasons:
 
a)     Death of the member.
 
 
b)    If the member does not pay his dues for two consecutive years.
 
 
c)     If the member resigns himself.
 
d)    If the member is absent in the last three annual general meeting regularly.
 
4) Appeal:
Any decision made by the executive body should be treated as the final decision and binding on the members in any case brought to the notice of the association.
 
5) Re-admission:
Any member whose membership has been cancelled can again be the member of the association if he pays all the dues of the association and if the executive body takes the decision to make him the member again.
 
6) GOVERNING BODY:The governing body of the association will include 11 members:
a) President                                 one
b) Vice President                        one
c) Secretary                                 one
d) Joint Secretary                        one
e) Treasurer                                 one
                               f) Executive Members                2 to 16
 
7) Bank Account:
Association can open its bank account in any scheduled bank and Treasurer and President or Secretary can operate it.
 
8) General Body:
 
a)     Every member of this association will be the member of the general body.
 
b)    Duties of general body:
B1) All duties of this association will be the duties of the general body.
B2) To evaluate the working of the association the general body meeting should be held once in a year.
B3) To call the general body meeting, 15 days prior notice is necessary in which details of date, place and agenda of the meeting should be mentioned. And the corium of the general body meeting should be more than 50% of the total strength. If the attendance in the meeting is less than 50%, the meeting shall be call off. After 30 minutes the meeting will re start and the present attendance will be treated as the corium to decide the agenda before the general body.
 
9) Income Sources:
 
a)     Entry fees
 
b)    Subscription
 
c)     Donation
 
d)    Income from the advertisement for the directory.
 
All the income collected by the association shall be spend to fulfill all the purpose of the association.
 
10) Governing Body:
There must be at least 7 members and maximum of 21 members in the governing body.
 
11) Election and Corium:
The election and the election related meeting of the general body should be held in the presence of president, all office bearers and members of this association. The election should be held after two years and should be held using secret ballot system. Moreover governing body corium should be 2/3rd.
 
12) Working of the Executive Committee:
 
a)     To arrange the finance.
 
b)    To plan for the future working aspects of this association.
 
c)     To appoint and suspend any staff member and to set the duties for the same.
 
d)    To held a meeting once in a month.
e)     To print and distribute the stationery, to take the suggestions of the members for the benefits of this association.
 
13) Arrangement of Finance:
All the income of the association should be deposit in a nationalized bank.
 
14) Register of Members:
A membership register shall be kept in the registered office in which the entries of incoming and out going members will be entered within 15 days.
Following data should be written in the register:
 
a)     Name and address of the member.
 
b)    Data from which the member is enrolled.
c)     Data from which the member is expelled.
 
15) Rights and Duties of a Member:
                   Every member of this association:
 
a)     Will have one vote.
 
b)    Will have the right to attend religious, social, and common meeting organized by the association.
 
c)     Will have the full right to check the following records of the association:
 
i)                   Balance Sheet of Income and Expenditure
 
ii)                 The register of membership in which all the details of the general body and the executive body will be there.
 
d)    Will be bound to follow all the rules and regulation of the association.
 
e)     He has full right to attend the general body meeting.
 
f)      He has the right to elect the executive committee.
 
g)     He has a right to give information about the association.
 
h)     He has a right to give oath to the president and members of the executive body.
 
16) Fulfillment of vacancies during the tenure:
A resolution should be passed by the general body and executive body by maximum percentage of votes to fulfill any vacancies due to uncertain reasons.
 
17) Rights and Duties of the executive body:
                  
 
a)     President: The president will preside every meeting, and can caste only one vote.
 
b)    Vice President: Vice President will help in all the activities of the president and will preside the meetings in the absence of president.
 
c)     Secretary: Secretary will enter all the activities of the executive committee in the records, and to call general body meeting.
 
d)     Joint Secretary: Joint Secretary will help the secretary in his working and will represent the secretary in his absence.
 
e)     Treasurer: Treasurer will keep the account of all the income and expenditure of the association and can keep Rs. 500/- as the balance amount with him.
 
18) Audit of Accounts:
According to the registration act, the association will get it books of account audit every year and the auditor appointed by the association will audit the books of account.
 
19) Financial Year:
The financial year of the association will start from 1st april and will end on 31st march every year
20) Amendments:
The rules and regulation of this association can only be amended according to the law under sub sec.14 and 12-a of the society registration act1860
 
21) To Represent the body under section 6 of association registration act:
Under section 6 of society registration act 1860 all the petition against the association can be filled in the name of president.
 
22) Yearly list of Executive Body:
It is compulsory to submit the list of the executive as well as general members every year in the office of the registrar  according to the rule no-4 of the society registration act 1860.
23) Closure:
It is necessary to wind up the association according to the rules and regulation written under  sub sec. 13 and 14 of the registration act.1860
         
24) Follow up of Rules and Regulations:
The association will abide by all the rule and regulations stated under   The society registration act 1860 as aplicable in the capital of Delhi.
    Certification:
